Okay so Paddler's training start at 2.30!
All the way until 5
Today's training was hell man.
I bet tomorrow I can't wake up.
I keep doing fartlek from 1:24 to 1:40 pace.
Damn siong.
Because I think 50% of my 10 rounds were under 1:30.

Then after every round, we have to do some exercise before running immediately.
Paddler's training getting tougher.
Our mentality getting weaker.

So after training went to lepak at canteen first.
Then suddenly Wilfred want to go gym.
So we gym until around 6.30.
Damn siao.
LOL.
I damn happy I finished my set.
Hahaha.
So after that, went to White sands with Wilfred, Wei Lun, Leon and Chin Yue.
Oh Wilfred didn't get on 81 after standing in front of the bus for 15 seconds?
HAHA damn funny.
So Wei Lun, Leon, Chin Yue and I went to ws first.
Leon went home while the three of us went to macs.
Ate chicken mc grill.
Likka nice.
But pocket pua kang.
So after eating, Shu Qi suddenly come.
LOL.
So left and went home.
Wah on the bus BTH sia.
Keep falling asleep.
