First day back to climbing

It isn't really that good.
Can't do shit.
Anything also cannot do.
Skin burn in 2 hours.
Mini flapper.
Cannot do more than 5 pull ups during PT.
And worst of all my left knee sucks.
But catching up with my friends was really good.
Felt so welcomed when I walk into the gym.
Mason welcomed me back.
Then fist bump yu kai, yong sheng and min jian.
Like some famous star.
LOL.
But sadly, I'm like a weakling now.
Can't do shit.
Hopefully I have the perseverance to train back my left knee.
Then strength and techniques and endurance wise, I don't mind training everyday.
It's just, the knee.
It hurts.
Bad.
