Cause it's kinda late now.

I haven't really been studying properly.

After school today went to library with Celes, Chin Yue and Wei Lun.

Then we saw "hwee min"

Then we dragged Darren Chia and Ashiq to see.

SUPER FUNNY.

Oh well so we left library at around 6pm.

So went to White sands to eat at KFC while Celes went home.

Saw Siti, Sug, Bibi and friends there too.

HAHAHA then they laugh super loud at KFC.

So after eating, we went comics connection and walk around.

Walk until like 8 then decided to go home.

Reached home at around 8.40?

Then just slacked and read abit physics.

Then dubstepped while reading.

But super sian now.

Cause I only finished two chapters.

But the other 5 chapters I studied before already.

Tomorrow morning shall look through again.

ANYWAY, apart from the studying today, I kinda went to read my 2010 31 Dec post.

And I swear it was freaking touching.

To read all those stuffs.

Cause it was so damn true.

And I haven't even get my results.

But it's cool that the soccer boys kinda got together again even though we don't meet up often.

Maybe too much soccer is really bad for health.

Once a day keeps the happiness away.

Once a week keeps the missing away.

That's soccer.

I MISS MY SECONDARY SCHOOL FRIENDS!

I miss the xinmin canteen especially.

The fucking noisy canteen.

With Zanelle's occasional super loud laughter.

And last but not least, the family-like dinner at kopitiam and the HTHT back home with anyone.

Nightmare

I remembered Valerie told me about her nightmare.

That her whole family died.

And she cried for hours before going back to sleep.

And I was like Valerie so easy cry.

So today, I woke up at 7.15 and I was crying like a baby.

I dreamt that Wai Heng passed away and it was so freaking real.

Everyone went to his facebook to write those solemn farewell words.

And I was reading through everyone's post.

All the 203 clique people cried.

Chong Yu posted on his facebook wall that he's probably the longest friend he ever knew.

Then reading all the messages, I just broke down.

Thinking that Wai Heng really isn't around anymore.

So I cried and cried.

Until I woke up.

And I continued crying.

Feeling that I didn't cherish him as much as I would if I know he was going to die.

I was really upset when I woke up.

But it finally dawned on me that I was actually dreaming.

But I was still sad so I decided to go back to sleep.

What the Hell

What kind of studying was that?

After maths paper, went to talk to Lenze and Xian Ting awhile.

Then later went to canteen to eat with Edbert, Wei Lun, Leon and Wilfred.

Then we played ohh beii somm then Wilfred kenna then he had to eat Leon's share of Wei Lun's special (food)

LOL then Edbert and I keep signalling under under the table.

THEN WILFRED KEEP EATING.

But nevermind, eat can buff up HAHAHA.

So after eating, slacked and talk awhile in canteen with Wei Lun, Leon and Edbert while Wilfred studied with Shu Qi and Celestine at the other table.

Then later Wilfred left home so everyone decided to come my house (cept Edbert :( )

Shu Qi came afterwards (after her geog paper)

So yeah, the 4 of us come my house and "STUDY"

Played TF2 from 12+ to 2+.

But the point is I played with Ivan LOL.

HAHAHA.

Then later after playing, went to my brothers' room to study.

So yeah, so called studied.

All the way until like 4?

THEN SHU QI CAME.

KAM GONG.

We totally gave shu qi the name kam gong.

LOL.

Okay so practically the whole time since they were at my house, I learnt nothing, but I heard a lot of sick music.

Super danceable music HAHA.

Then we watched Transformer too!

And erm, sleep?

And bang head on the bed.

Especially the kam gong.

HAHAHAHA.

Okay anyway I think I shall go sleep now.

So went back and then played TF2 with FIZZY.

Random day

Went to meet Kam Weng in the afternoon to have lunch.

Woke up at around 1.50 pm hahaha.

Went to hougang green to meet him.

But in the end he say meet him below my house.

Saw him and Kam Hong together.

So we went to Hougang Green.

I have my lunch while he just drink.

3 Years never see him.

So much to talk about.

He's now in TP canoe polo.

And he knows Timo HAHA.

Cool cool.

So yup, we kinda decided to go lan for awhile.

Then in the end saw Kam Hong there again.

Damn long never see the lanshop auntie.

So yeah played dota and then left after 1 round.

Went back home.

Studied and msned with Jun Wen at the same time.

So had dinner and left home towards Udders to meet Minnie and Peter.

Had ice-cream.

And it was nice.

ODAC / Clique Chalet

This is one of the most experiential chalet I've ever had.

The most random and cool chalet.

As compared to the 11S103 chalet, it's not that weird, but the feeling was good.

Everyone familiar in the same house.

It just feels good.

First day-

Went to compass first.

Met with Salim.

Jia Hui came later.

Then later more and more 203 people come.

And yay!

We had a 203 outing.

We sat at the floor below the LRT near anchorvale and picnic.

It was super funny.

There was Kenny, Wai Heng, Chong Yu, Jia Hui, Ying Ting, Salim, Low and Jerome.

So picnic until around 6+ then decided to leave.

Went to compass to get some cupwalker and then went for ODAC chalet with Ying Ting.

So went to Ehub first to get the movie tickets.

Everyone watching Xmen at 11.05.

Went to meet Chao Wang at interchange and then together we took 403 to our chalet.

Jon Ong fetched us in and OMG.

The chalet freaking nice.

Then Mannan and Chin Yue were cooking while the rest were up at the 2nd floor.

LF's small brother came with her and he was damn cute.

Though he kinda ignores me.

HAHA.

We call him Zhong Ge.

It felt super good to hear Joe crapping his crap and Ying Ting being crazy again.

And Jesslyn's super ah lian character.

That's what make us.

The ODAC.

So at night we went to watch movie.

Chin Yue and I decided to cycle to Ehub.

Then the rest took a bus there.

So Pasir Ris park at night looks kinda scary.

But that aside, we managed to find Ehub.

So went to park our bike at some "forest" because we got no lock.

So went to watch the movie.

It was good!

Chin Yue and I rushed to find our bike.

And yeah it was still there.

Okay I'm going to rush through my post.

So on the way back, at the road race ending point.

I heard something.

There was totally no one there.

I heard a girl screamed.

Like a teenage girl.

In the bushes.

Then I was like "wth"

Then Chin Yue turned back and he continued.

So after the two of us met with the rest of the ODAC with our bikes, I asked him whether he heard anything just now when we were there.

He said no, he never hear anything.

Then I freaked out.

Blah.

So went to the playground play play play and get myself giddy and then went back to the chalet.

Everyone just went to the 2nd floor and talked.

With the dim light, everyone shared their life.

With the twister turning thing.

Kinda like a confession.

Really found out a lot secret.

Damn cool.

So we shared ghost stories too.

Then I shared the plot of laddaland.

Then later Yvette and Rui Hao came in from the other room saying they hear the sound of gate swinging from below the house.

Then all of us quite scared.

Then I still continued the laddaland story.

LOL.

But after that, went to sleep.

It was around 6am.

*I just sang to rhino HEHEHE*

Okay so woke up at 11.50.

Around same time as chao wang.

But I was the last to wake up LOLOL.

2nd day.

Went to bathe, mahjong awhile.

Off to Yishun Safra.

Reached at around 3.30.

Min Jian and Yong Sheng was there already.

Damn long never see Yong Sheng.

So the three of us went to the rock wall first.

Min Jian tried climbing first.

LOL all of us kinda like first time belaying by one person.

Then when Yong Sheng said he want to belay Min Jian then he just NO NO WEE PIN BELAY.

HAHAHA.

So Chong Yu came later on.

Then followed by Clement.

He kinda met his friends at Yishun.

Hwee Chiat and Hwee dunno what.

HAHA oops.

So rock climbing was super fun.

Compared to bouldering it was really something different.

HAhaha.

So decided to leave at around 6pm.

So went to eat first with Chong Yu at Japanese food court at North point.

Then after we finish Clement came to join us.

So wait for Clement to eat then we headed to Pasir Ris.

Took 39.

Then alighted some where.

Then took 403 towards the bus stop.

Went to the playground.

So the 3 of us just walked around at the playground waiting for the rest to come.

So while we were climbing the spiderweb, they came and then joined us.

WAI HENG CLIMB FREAKING FAST.

Oh not to forget, there was Hardi, Kelvin, Zhi Yang, Zong Han, Wing Lun, Kenny (joined us afterwards) and Wai Heng who joined us.

Oh Mr Tang came to find us too.

I MISS MR TANG SIA.

OMG.

His big fat butt.

Okay so we went to the chalet to find Chin Yue who was alone LOL.

So slacked around.

Played guitar.

DO EOM? HAHAHA.

And then bathed.

After bathing it was around 12.50 am.

So we left house at 1am.

I mean chalet.

Went to Macs with Wing, Chong Yu, Chin Yue, Kenny and Clement.

After eating supper, went to this mangrove walk at night.

We've already said that 1 day ago.

We as in me and Chin Yue.

So with a headlight, we just walked into the darkness of the Mangrove.

Just the 6 of us.

I don't know how to explain the feeling.

It's kinda pressurising and eerie.

Like the feeling that something bad will happen.

I was walking with Wing and Kelvin.

We all locking our elbows together.

So we walked around 3 minutes then we decided to go out.

Actually wanted to walk the whole thing.

Then Chong Yu cannot take the pressure anymore so we decided to get out.

So Kenny said he saw something.

We asked him to only say when we get back the chalet because we not supposed to say.

So went back and he said he saw something.

But okay la, quite minor things.

And probably he see wrong.

Oh well.

So went to sleep in the extreme right room with Hardi, Chin Yue and Clement.

Then later woke up at around 9+ with Chong Yu's face in front of me.

Day 3

So after waking up, bathed and then a lot of them left.

Cept for Zhi Yang, Zong Han and Kenny who are sleeping and Wing, Chin Yue, Clement and me who are playing mahjong early in the morning.

So at around 12+, Clement left for school while the rest of us MUO PAI until we damn pro.

I still don't know how to feel 9 wan.

Hahahaha.

So after that, went to buy lunch with Chin Yue at Macs with a bike.

Came back and then ate.

Then after eating, Wing and Kenny left first.

Then Zhi Yang play maple while the I lay on the floor.

After lying down for awhile.

I fell asleep for 2 hours.

ON THE FLOOR WTF

So woke up and then Zhi Yang still playing maple.

But he level 5 times already HAHA.

So after that, Zhi Yang and Zong Han left so left me and Chin Yue at the chalet.

So we decided to clear all the stuffs, cleaned the chalet and then went up to study.

Studied Chem and then we waited for Clement to come back.

Clement came back and then we study.

We left the chalet at 6.

Leaving the chalet was quite difficult because we have to climb over the fence.

HAHA.

So went to AMK to have dinner.

Steamboat.

For like 1 hour +

I gained 2 kg LOL.

63.5kg now.

So after eating, we went to find Mannan to return him his pot.

Then he treated us drinks and then we left.

Clement and I took 159 while Chin Yue waited for his 45.

So we bidded farewell and then HOME SWEET HOME.

Home never felt so good before.

Because of all the eerie things that happened at pasir ris.

It was fun though! :D

New experience!

A response to Kelvin's blog.

About Success in life or Happiness in life.

It really struck me.

I've always think about this.

And I've always chose happiness no matter what.

Though sometimes happiness is brought about by success, happiness can occur without achievements too.

It never occur to me that studies is important.

Maybe I'm still young, I don't understand.

And that's why my father always ask me to study.

He knows the importance of education in our life.

Because he knows the harsh reality of this society.

For me, I don't think wealth is that important.

You can't buy happiness.

You find it.

But just like what Alice (in super8) said, "You don't always get what you want."

How true.

We don't always get what we want, but we can always work towards what we want.

Hard work pays off.

Trust me.

However hard you work towards something, sometimes, we still don't get what we want.

But in the hard work we put in, we gained experience and valuable lessons.

Thus showing how hard work pays off.

For me, I've found back my path.

What I want.

I will work hard towards it.

And for me, happiness is all that I want.

So I will work hard, to find that happiness.

NEW COMP

Okay this the first time I blogging with my new computer which I just fixed yesterday.

Very big screen.

SUPER SHIOK.

NO LAG WHEN DOTA.

CAN PLAY MORE GAME.

But the computer almost dieded just now just because I wanted to install the games.

SUPER WASTE OF TIME.

In the end I didn't get anything done.

Super pissed off.

Anyway, yesterday was a nice day out with my family.

Woke up at around 1.30pm.

Ate and then went to help to fix the comp.

After fixing the comp, kiat me and my dad was feeling very accomplished.

Like we damn pro like that.

HAHAHA.

So after that, went to bathe and then went to Nex with the whole family + Amelia.

The 6 of us went to eat at Food Junction.

Ordered Pepper lunch.

Saw Chao Wang, Leslie and Ngee Kiat.

Omg damn long never see them.

Okay so after that, went to eat.

After eating, went to get Kiat's iPhone.

White iPhone!

Damn cool.

Before he get everything, I left first to zh's house.

Went there to study chem and then played some dota.

Once I reached home, played dota with Zhi Yang and Ivan.

Then later Zhi Yang and I played enfo and some jurassic park game until 3am.

It was quite fun la.

After playing, went to sleep.

Woke up at 10.30 today.

Went to bathe and prepare and then left to Dhoby Ghaut.

Then Salim smsed me to say meet at Nex at 1 instead.

And it was only 11.25 at that time.

So I walked around Nex first.

Went to pet store to look at hamsters and rabbits.

Aww.

So cute.

Then went to arcade and played reflecbeat and jubeat.

After that, zh called to tell me that the movie outing was cancelled.

So I went to zh house to find him first.

Later left his house with his mum.

His mum went off while zh and I went to eat at Serangoon Central.

Ate hai xian tang.

After eating, went to take train to hougang and then from hougang there, walked to Salim's house.

It was quite fun at Salim's house.

Kenny came later.

We cooked noodle, half boiled egg.

Played enfo, played iPad, played portal.

Transferred the games.

It was quite productive.

As in play productive.

Not study productive.

No time to study already I still procrastinating.

Then now got more and more outings coming.

It's not 11:11 yet, but I do miss ALOT of people right now.

11S103 CHALET

CHALET.

This is one of the most random and most impromtu and kinda successful chalet for me.

Things have been going a bit crazy these few days.

Too fast paced, and too tired, to actually find time to sit down and think.

Something is still affecting me.

Or rather, someone.

The chalet was super fun la.

Really bonded with my class guys.

Then wth, many weird things happen in the chalet.

First in the tap water.

The tap water only has boiling water.

WTH?

Then we used the tap water to cook our cup noodle.

LOL.

And also, since there's no guys, peeing was always with the door open.

Then that time I just shat openly because it was very foggy in the toilet.

LOL.

Super funny la.

It's like things that would happen only in an all guy's school.

Then everything is just damn weird la.

It's kinda eerie at night.

And it's super small.

But I still managed to sleep la.

Bridge is the game that is most played during the chalet.

Damn mad.

Then I realised whoever team with me always lose LOL.

We also managed to make up a BBQ where everyone only need to pay $8.

It was really quite worth it!

All the food's idea I come up one.

Wah, like a boss.

Roasted honey chicken, fish nugget, hot dog, crab stick, and many more.

$80.

Oh ya, I forgot to mention that only me, Eugene, Albertus, Ryan Phua, Yi Da and Vivek stayed in the first night.

Freaking 6 people in a chalet.

LOLL.

But oh well, the chalet is small.

The second day was kinda like a lazy day.

Everyone just slept.

Especially Eugene who slept until afternoon.

Then once Yi Ren reached our chalet, the 6 of us (excluding Vivek) went to buy the BBQ stuffs.

Yi Ren, Eugene and I one group, Albertus, Ryan and Yi Da one group.

They cycle while we bus to Parkway.

In the end we reached first.

So went to buy our food and then went back.

Slack a lot in the chalet.

Then finally got people come.

Edwin, Li Ying, Celestine, Cheryl, Joaquin, Destin, Wei Lun and many more came.

So the chalet kinda became more successful.

I feel quite proud of the BBQ itself.

AND THE WHOLE FREAKING CHALET.

It's kinda successful man.

It's booked one day before.

The BBQ is an idea one day before also.

Everything super impromptu but we managed to make it a success.

Really thanks to those who contributed a lot.

2nd night was quite boring.

But cycling around with Wei Lun at ECP was quite fun.

After cycling there, it was around 1am, so went back to chalet and gather with Albertus, Joaquin and Edwin.

So the 5 of us slacked around.

I slept at 2am while trying to watch saw 2.

Then woke up at 6am when all of them came back.

Those that went lan and pool.

3rd day which was today.

Went to eat at macs early in the morning.

Saw one of the LTC facilitator who I didn't recognised at first.

She was the one at void deck B facilitating the peer management thing.

And she was in my group (Nicole, Vhidhya, Dominique and Lum Yi)

Felt quite guilty haha.

After that went back chalet.

Slack awhile then book out.

Went to Vivek's house which is at katong.

Those who went are, Wei Lun, Eugene, Joaquin, Destin and Jocelyn.

We played with his xbox and kinect.

Wah damn fun.

The dancing game damn hard to play.

Yup, went back with Wei Lun later at around 6+

Then took bus 12.

Leadership Training Camp 2011

This camp totally reminds me of Sec 2 Adventure camp.

Full of weird happenings.

Especially the one I told Yu Ling about.

I MISS MY BED FUCK.

I'm very tired to blog!

So too bad, I'm going to sleep soon.

Really learnt in the 4 days.

Really initiated and pushed the group higher despite several moments where I just sit there and slack.

WTH and I just dozed off.

It's really damn tiring now.

Maybe I shall go sleep now?

Okay shall finish it fast.

Day 1 :

Made friends with Hanis and friends and named our group.

tad-pole game.

Must find my partner.

Found Raynian and we became friends.

He's my pole while I'm his tad.

Hahaha it's fun la.

Like randomly know a new friend.

Oh I made friends with Weeky and Vidia too.

But I lost my voice immediately.

Left to Changi at around 12+

Went there had lunch.

LUNCH USED HAND TO EAT.

THEN WE PLEDGED TO EAT EVERYTHING WITH OUR HANDS UNTIL THE CAMP ENDS.

It's damn cool.

Nothing fun really happened in day 1.

Except for bathing.

Bathed naked at public bath with Wei Lun, Leon, Wilfred, Terence, Govind, Raveen and many more.

Xin Horng, Edbert and Darren Chia got tired of waiting so they went to bathe in a cubicle.

DAMN FUNNY TTM.

HAHAHAHAHA.

It's damn funny la, bathing with captains and then everyone just became gay.

After bathing had some facilitation activity and then de-brief and then slept.

Slept beside Hanis and Shaun/ Shawn.

Day 2 :

Made the "infinity" cheer.

Low elements high elements.

The most memorable thing in the low element was the all on board thing.

Mr Hon called me charlie boy and then everyone knew me.

Oh well, we squeezed in together and then we sang song together.

It was damn fun and team bonding.

High elements.

Ivan almost reached the challenge pole.

Really was impressed by Ivan's courage to do all the high elements though he was afraid of heights.

He managed to overcome his fears of height through abseiling, challenge pole and the walking on a wire thingy.

There was a rock climbing competition.

Each group was supposed to send a girl and a guy representative.

Infinity sent me and Qistina to go up.

Climbed a speed of 33 seconds for rock climbing competition and a lot of people know me as the monkey.

HAHA.

Even Miss Lee call me monkey.

But too bad, Chin Yue and Ying Ting climbed a timing of 32 seconds.

Totally owned me.

Then another guy called Sugi climbed a timing of 29 seconds.

THEN I EMO.

Then Amsyar and Shaleen climbed too because they were the belayers for the competition.

At the wow wuzie, Charlene and Park were so sweet because they completed the high elements together.

They did it!

And group infinity was so proud of them.

However, this became a new scandal story for them.

After this, I forgot what happened already.

BECAUSE I AM DAMN TIRED.

Oh I think it was the rock climbing competition and then brief about the next day's sandcastle building thing.

And went to sleep.

*edit* There was an elective course.

I signed up for peer management.

I think the elective course is kind of wasted because everyone was very tired and they have to do it at night.

It's like the timing where no one will absorb anything.

But I grouped with Vidia, Dominique, Lum Yi and Nicole!

Quite a cool group because I knew everyone inside.

Hahaha.

So everyone in void deck B had to make a skit to show different tough situations in our leadership journey.

*OKAY I SHALL GO SLEEP FIRST AND CONTINUE TOMORROW MORNING. (WTF I WROTE THIS IN MY DREAM WHEN I FELL ASLEEP IN FRONT OF THE COMPUTER)

Day 3:

Sandcastle building.

But before that, we had a short PT led by Mr Han.

Then sand we went back to have cool down and then had breakfast and then went to East Coast through a bus for sandcastle building.

Sandcastle building was really something that needed a share vision.

If all of us never listened to our mayor, we wouldn't build our 2041 Meridian City.

It's only when all of us listened to Vivian then we will have a shared vision and it's only then we are able to build our Meridian City.

So yeah, it was fun.

After lunch, de-briefed and then went back to camp.

Discussed on what food to buy for BBQ and then discussed on what we want to do for campfire night which was at night.

So yeah, Hwee Min came up with the idea of doing a skit.

Showing how Group 8 has changed from Day 1 to Day 3.

It wasn't as pretty as others but I really loved it as it's just so through that we've been so close in just a few days.

During BBQ time, all the house comm people just became mad.

We just danced and jumped around when nice songs are played.

When they played party rock anthem, I WANTED TO JOIN, but then Shafeeq and I had to stay to cook our meat.

So the two of us didn't go there.

Oh well.

Before the start of the campfire, the house comm presented a short dance to all the Meridian leaders.

It was SUPER high.

Especially at the guitar part where everyone just danced and jumped in one clump.

Super high la.

Likka awesome only.

Then after campfire, cleaned up and then went to find group 8.

Talked about the whole camp and share our experience about the camp.

After the so called last debrief of Infinity, most of us went to sleep.

But I didn't.

Went to find all the house comm people at the shelter there.

We just talked about ghost stories and funny stories.

It was 3 am at that time.

Some people who were scared of the ghost stories ran to the canteen.

While some of us stayed for the last ghost story before we all went to canteen too.

So I shared my OBS and the XMS stories to them.

I think the OBS I say until not scared already LOL.

After the ghost stories, some people went to sleep already.

Then I went to find Nicole and Chin Yue with Wei Lun.

Then Nicole down there keep saying "Chin Yue Zhang Da Liao!"

LOL FREAKING FUNNY.

Then I wanted to laugh but I can't laugh because I had no voice throughout the camp.

Due to the stupid TAD POLE game.

Okay so played Tilt to Live and stuff.

Later Kalinda and Valerie came to find us.

So I played GoKart with Kalinda.

LOL she only won me once.

It's only my third round hahahaha.

Then Jeanette was sleeping on the bench beside me while a lot of other people slept already.

It's around 4am ++ at that time.

So after playing GoKart with Kalinda, went to watch Wei Lun, Govind, Amsyar and 2 other guys play goldfish.

Some card games.

Then it was super funny when Wei Lun cheated and bluffed Govind.

HAHAHA.

After that, went to sleep on the floor with Wei Lun and Leon.

Then I woke up at around 6.10.

Then Michelle Koh was there also.

Valerie and Kalinda haven't sleep too.

So went to find them and then kinda talked to them.

The Michelle keep disiao-ing Wilfred and Hwee Min.

HAHHA.

I think Wilfred like sleepwalking lor.

Damn funny.

So TADAH, at around 7, went to brush teeth with Ashiq.

Then blah blah blah, breakfast, cleaned up the camp, de-briefed, got our shirt AND OFF WE GO BACK TO MJC.

After going back, took pictures and stuff and went to BK with some of the house comm people.

That included, Leon, Wei Lun, Edbert, Kalinda, Valerie, Nicole, Darren Chia, Xin Horng, Ivan, Shafeeq, Serene and Gilda.

OH and Govind.

So a lot of them left after eating so left Edbert, Leon, Wei Lun, Darren Chia and I.

They started talking about house comm stuffs.

About the feedbacks.

Not talking about the feedbacks here because I had enough of sharing.

So went to help Yu Ling take picture of Triton 9HC.

Jabrina's birthday was on Monday.

After that, all the people who were doing serious talking in BK came out of BK to eat cakes and stuff.

So we shared about our stories.

About our journey all the way from nomination until here.

It was really cool to hear about everyone's story.

Especially Edbert and Ashiq.

I always had a respect for them.

Like how they are able to lead with confidence and truth.

I was really inspired by Edbert, the way he talks in front of crowd.

He's really firm.

AND HE KNOW HOW TO DANCE.

I really enjoyed this camp. Made a lot of new friends. Kinda caught back up with Ivan. Hwee Min became like a good friend. All the house comm people became from "House Comm People" to "Friends". It's really different now if I were to see them again. I talked a lot to Yu Ling on the way home after the talking outside Burger King. Really comfortable talking to her. She made me think a lot as well. Really exciting to see all 34 of them soon. STUDYING AT EDBERT'S HOUSE??

Though we never complete the last station of climbing a tree, we are still great.

Went Clarke Quay, Stamford Road, Joo Chiat, Marina Bay, East Coast, Dhoby Ghaut, Fort Canning, Open space, Kallang.

But the planning abit screwed up because of the rain.

WET WEATHER NOT WELL-PREPARED.

But overall coordination was good!

So well done NTU!

The most important thing is that we had fun.

Even though it's a small group.

Really go through hell.

Crawl through mud, jump over obstacles, thinking of puzzles, navigating.

It was really tough both physically and mentally.

Without a good mind set, I won't think we would even finish the race.

House Comm Induction

I guess we all totally need that.

It made us really understand the idea what house comm was all about.

Not just about fun.

But about breaking through.

About realising what we can actually achieve.

This workshop really made a big difference.

It really brought all of us together.

Not just the relation between 9th Atlas House Comm.

Also between the 9th and 8th Atlas house comm.

And also between the 9th house comm.

And lastly, between all the 8th and 9th house comm.

Today is really a crazy day.

Just dancing and partying in the CO room like siao.

Head bang here and there.

Everyone just dance.

Place in many different situations and have to initiate.

I must say I'm not a good leader, but I would say a leader who dare to step out is considered a good leader already.

And today, everyone showed that.

It's a short 1 day induction camp, but what Fadzli said was totally true, he shaped us, he made us, the 9th house comm.

Many ground rules were set for the 9th AHC.

And like what Ashiq said, everyone would leave the CO room, a different person.

Though the changes is not really big, I would say that it's a long time since I've listened to wise people's talk.

It's this kind of inspiration that spur me on in life.

In today's post, I would like to dedicate post to different group of people.

8th House Comm:

You all are a batch of students that really made us look up to. Orientation, you guys did it perfectly, at least in our eyes. In today's induction, it really opened me up and let me understand a lot of things. Simple things like concentration, focus and punctuality. It's simple but do we do it? The reinforcement was good and I really enjoyed myself today! SO GOOD JOB MANNNNNN. Lovely people.

Constance:
I guess you're the closest to me in the Atlas 8th HC. Though we didn't work together as much, but in that short period of time I knew you, you're totally a role model I want to follow. I guess we are similar in the "Not that outspoken". And your story about your journey from joining the House comm to ending it today really touched me. You're just like a sister to me la. You treat people very truthfully. You don't like then you just show it. It's very rare to find this kind of person. Maybe you won't feel it, but you kind of impacted my life. You maybe thinking that I'm quite easily influenced by people but I want to say "NO, I don't". I don't really get influenced by people, because I have my own principles. I'm not an extrovert. I don't really carry my thoughts out easily. All I want to say is that you've been the best Captain I've seen so far. YUP GOOD JOB 8TH ATLAS CAPTAIN. Salute to lao da!

9th AHC:

I bet we really grew together today. It's a pity that siti's not here today but nevertheless, you can see that we kind of cherish each other more. And some more, we had our first dinner together! Isn't that wonderful. The heart to heart talk session comes very naturally. Compared to last time, I don't have much to share. And forcing it out is like trying to shit when you don't have shit in your large intestine. Though you forced it out, but what's the point. It's not natural! All I want to say that we still have a long journey together. I really hope that next year when we are standing in front of the 10th HC, we can proudly pass them our badge and feel that we have not regret being in the 9th AHC. To add on, we shouldn't let down the 8th AHC. They have brought us to this state. Shaped us from childish kids, to more mature cute kids. HAHA. I guess that's something special about our house. Yup, really look forward to working with all of you in all the events. Let's leave footsteps, not just in Meridian, but in each other's heart.

9th HC:

THE MOST AWESOME BUNCH OF PEOPLE DANCING TOGETHER. SO WHAT IF WE MISS JC PARTY DUE TO LTC, WE PARTY BEFORE THE JC PARTY. WOOOOOOOOOOO. Really enjoyed working with every single one of you. Everyone is just super nice. Like we click damn well. I guess we all kinda have the same mindset. Well, though I still feel awkward with some of the house comm members, I really hope that after this one year together, we will become very good friends. We must definitely work well with each other. Like what Fadzli mentioned, we may compete and stuff, but the most important thing is, we are ONE WHOLE HOUSE COMM! So let's be role models and show the 10th batch what AWESOME people we are and make them come to us and ask "How do I join House Comm!"
